Hannes Zandberg

Hannes launched his career as an engineering student and engineering assistant on HMAS Stirling, with experience in instrumentation and data acquisition systems (DAQ), gaining foundational expertise in complex technical environments.

Hannes brings a background in mechanical engineering with specialized knowledge in motor sports, focusing on racecar instrumentation and data systems. Followed by a translation to capital project data systems, EDW and Digital Twin implementation.

Over the years, Hannes has successfully supported major clients, including Beach Energy, Woodside Energy, IQ and Shell, delivering solutions that drive operational excellence and ensure seamless integration across complex data systems.

His blend of technical proficiency, practicality and client-aware experience makes him a valuable member of the team.

Technology Director

Kade Thompson

With a bachelor’s degree in physics, Kade brings a multidisciplinary approach to the team, combining analytical and technical expertise. He began his career as a mechanical engineer in a machine shop, gaining hands-on experience in precision machining and mechanical design.

He then advanced to a project engineer role in a fabrication firm, where he managed projects from start to finish, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and efficiency. This role deepened his understanding of engineering workflows and project management.

Transitioning into data analysis and later software engineering, Kade developed a strong command of data interpretation, statistical analysis, and software development, enabling him to create data-driven solutions that optimize processes. His diverse background makes him a versatile and valuable asset to any team.
